Services

OURBIZ Travel provides personalized flight quotes and booking assistance. We act as an intermediary between travelers and airlines or other suppliers. Final tickets are issued by airlines under their own terms and fare rules.

Quotes & pricing

Quotes are informational and not guaranteed until payment is confirmed and the ticket is issued. Prices, availability, schedules, taxes, and fare rules are determined by the airline and may change at any time without notice.

Bookings & payment

Once you accept a quote, our team will provide payment instructions. Bookings are only confirmed after full payment is received and the ticket is successfully issued by the airline. Additional verification may be required for certain transactions.

Traveler responsibility

Travelers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their personal information, valid travel documents (passport, visa, health requirements), and compliance with all destination, transit, and airline requirements.

Limitation of liability

OURBIZ Travel is not liable for service disruptions, schedule changes, cancellations, delays, lost baggage, or any other event caused by airlines or third parties.
