Refunds, cancellations, credits, and changes for any flight booking arranged through OURBIZ Travel are governed by the fare rules of the issuing airline and the conditions of the specific ticket purchased.

Airline rules apply

Most airline tickets are non-refundable or partially refundable. Eligibility for refunds, fees, time windows, and method of refund are set by the airline. OURBIZ Travel cannot waive or modify those rules.

Requesting a cancellation or change

Service fees

Service or processing fees may apply to cancellations, changes, refunds, or rebookings, in addition to any fee imposed by the airline.

Processing time

Refunds, when approved, are processed by the airline and may take several billing cycles to appear on your statement.
